The team coaching is focused on providing coaching to your resources. We will meet multiple times per month by phone to review specific elements of your digital marketing approach and provide guidance on enhancing its effectiveness.
The fractional digital strategy oversight is more hands-on. We will work with you to define your strategy, sometimes dig into some of the work ourselves and function in many ways as your outsourced digital strategist.
To make our coaching as effective as possible, we limit each team coaching to a maximum of 3 participants. Thus we would need to run with two groups. The reason is simple. Effective coaching requires a deeper level of communication and accountability which can be best accomplished in small groups.
Possibly. We would need to know more. The bottom line is that your resources will need to be in a position to enact the strategy that is built with your input. In some cases, external resources “like to do their own thing” and that would be counterproductive. The best scenario would be one in which the entire team (internal and external) is aligned along a common strategy.
